General terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) as amended on 15.11.2006, as well as the following alterations and deviations are in effect.

Amended terms and conditions:

1. General information:
   GAL Apartments Vienna is a business branch of

2. Smoking is banned in all rooms and public zones of Gal Apartments Vienna.
3. To § 3.1:
   The office hours are Monday – Friday 9.00 AM – 4.00 PM
4. To § 3.2 and 3.3:
   The Accommodation Agreement is achieved upon the acceptance of the Party’s order by the Proprietor and only upon the receipt of the Party’s down payment.
5. To § 4.1:
   If a room is occupied for the first time before 7.00 AM, the preceding night counts for the first night of accommodation.
6. To § 4.3:
   The rented rooms shall be vacated by the Party by 10.00 AM on the date of departure.
7. To § 5.5:
   In case of cancellation our cancellation conditions will be applied.
8. To § 13:
   Animals are not allowed to be brought to the accommodating establishment.
9. To § 15.4:
   The Accommodation Agreement will not be made for an indefinite term.
10. We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case a confirmed booking has been cancelled, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. If possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict is No-Show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from your credit card.
11. In case of damages to the apartments, which do not occur in the context of normal use, the guest agrees to be responsible even if the damage is determined after departure and to compensate for any loss or damage occurring throughout the time of the apartment rental.
12. The guest is to pay for outgoing calls from the apartment rented during the stay (€ 0.2 per impulse).
