Cancellation conditions

The cancellation conditions are valid per booked apartment.
Until at least 3 months prior to the date of arrival, both, the guest and GAL Apartments Vienna are allowed to rescind the Accommodation Agreement. If any, an administrative fee (which covers transaction charges and credit card charges for down payment and refund transfers) will be taken from the down payment.
In case of cancellation by 3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival, the down payment will be withheld and converted into a voucher of the same amount. This voucher can be used for another booking and redeemed during a one year period.
In case of cancellation by 31 days to 8 days before the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 30% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 350,-) will be charged.
In case of cancellation by 7 days to 1 day before the date of arrival a cancellation fee of 70% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 700,-) will be charged.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no show a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed price (maximum: EUR 1000,-) will be charged.
In case of premature departure a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed price for the remaining period (maximum: 7 nights) will be charged.
